Cranberry and Pecan Muffins

These are great as an addition to brunch, nutty and sweet-tart best served with a big helping of creamy butter.

Ingredients: chickpea flour, Pure Via sugar substitute, cranberries, kefir (milk), eggs, pecans (nuts / peanuts), orange, almond flour (nuts / peanuts), vegetable oil, baking soda, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, salt
