Nectarine and Cinnamon Bread

Nature gets it right most of the time, and if not, it changes. Peaches are great, but who really likes the fuzzy skin? Enter the nectarine. This bread reminds me of peach pie and gets better every day as it moistens. I struggled a bit with this recipe until I started to use hard, unripe nectarines so they can be grated and cooked.
