Cranberry and Pecan Bread

This is the bread that started my quest to create a great-tasting version that was wheat-free and sugar-free. Cranberries are seasonal from November to December, so this bread’s availability will depend on their supply in the local grocery store. Cranberries are very sour, so this recipe has a little extra sweetener to turn them into sweet-tart nuggets that complement creamy pecans. A thick layer of softened butter will take each slice to the next level.
