Crackers for Pate

Rosemary is a wonderful background flavour to enhance your pate. These crackers can be thin and crisp or softer and thicker, depending on how thick you roll them. Either way, they will stand up to a thick layer of pate and a crisp slice of cucumber. I prefer using fresh rosemary because the fragrant oils come out while chopping and bruising the needle-like leaves. They also do not disappear into the batter
