These are soft and melt in your mouth. The ingredients are like the previous hard chocolate chip cookie recipe, but this shows how the process of making the cookie can change the outcome. I would not dunk these in coffee or tea unless you want to eat them with a spoon from the bottom of the cup. As I stated in the introduction to cookies, it is really unfortunate, but these cookies are not very nice eaten warm out of the oven and taste better the next day.
