Goat Cheese and Walnut Bread

Goat cheese, or chèvre, is usually a soft, tangy cheese, but this recipe uses a hard, mild goat’s cheese that is my new favourite thing. Goat cheese is packed with protein ― the one I use is 26% protein. In the UK, look for Woldsway mature goat’s cheese. I pair the cheese with apricots and walnuts for a classic cheese board taste.
